Sink or Swim

When the tide changes, will you sink or will you swim? If you don't know how to swim, do you at least know who your lifeguard is? For me, swimming in the natural isn't something I've mastered yet (this year is my year though lol), but in the spirit, I'm doing a lot more floating. God is taking me into some uncharted waters and unfamiliar territory, I love it. No one knows just how excited nervous I am, though I don't really hide it. At first, it was just a giggly schoolgirl secret between myself and God, but He gave me this life in order to share it, so here you go.

This uncharted territory feels like:

•Forgiving others quickly

•Forgiving myself for dumb decisions

•Being in precarious situations without trying to escape, allowing God to deliver me His way

•Finding rest and peace in not having all of the answers

•Utilizing my relationship with God as an unearned privilege rather than an unpleasant performance of a promise

I love God so much and all I want to do is make Him proud. I'm grateful for all the grace He's showered upon me. It's been a funny year already but I'm looking forward to whatever God has for me. This is the beginning of R.H.E.M.A. House Ministries. I'll share more about that soon.
